A. All orders under $150 ship Fed Ex 2 Day Express Shipping and have a flat rate $15 fee.

A. We only ship within the US and we do not ship to PO Boxes.

A. Don't worry about forgetting your password! The website has a Forgot Password feature which will send a password reset link to your email address.

Q. EASY RETURNS
A. During the first 30 days, you may return your kindly used item for a refund or exchange. Please be aware that there is a $20 handling fee for all returns. You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. If the product is damaged by the shipper, please retain all packing materials. These will be required to process your claim. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. We do require that you obtain a return authorization prior to sending back an item.
